Drop Your Boss 2020
A message to our droppers
To our brave army of droppers!
Thank you for your interest in Drop Your Boss – whether you are still on the fence, have already volunteered, lost a bet or perhaps even been blackmailed into it, we are grateful to you all!
As you will all know, the current climate means we are unable to proceed with the planned event on the 11th of May, but don’t worry you won’t miss out, we are still hoping to do this later in the year. (I can hear all your sighs of relief from here!)
We really believe that of all the years, 2020 has become the year we must show our Rangatahi that together we really can overcome any obstacle. What better way to do this than taking a leap of faith and plunging 192-metres off a ledge? At this stage we are thinking November but we will update you as soon as we have more details.
We thank you all for your ongoing commitment to our organisation and standing strong in the face of this pandemic. In the words of Mark Twain, “Challenges are what makes life interesting; overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.”
If you’d like to register your interest for later in the year, please email email@example.com

In the meantime, Kia Kaha, noho ora mai
Drop Your Boss 2020
Postponed until later in the year
This year we are celebrating five years of Drop Your Boss! Since Drop Your Boss was first introduced in Auckland in 2015, we have pushed, cajoled and encouraged over 100 bosses to take the plunge in aid of the youth of Aotearoa.
2020 will be no different. We have set the challenge and now we are recruiting another cohort of bosses to take a step of faith. All we ask is that your team fundraise through our Givealittle page and raise as much as possible to see your Boss dropped! “Small donation Big change.” All funds raised will support the work the Graeme Dingle Foundation does with young people across Aotearoa.
We invite staff, family and friends to come along and witness their Boss literally ‘go over the edge.’ – all in the community spirit of the Graeme Dingle Foundation.
After the success of Walk The Talk last year we have added this option in again for those who want that extra challenge. Walk The Talk is the 360 Skywalk where groups of 6 walk their way round the top of New Zealand’s tallest building. With no handrails to separate you from the 192m drop, the group will be stepping out of your comfort zones. Get together with your team and encourage them to do the challenge with you.
So come on then ‘Help us change a child’s future.” Sign up for Drop Your Boss and Walk The Talk with us!
Are you up for Drop Your Boss 2020?
Are you daring enough to accept the challenge? Take a step of faith, be it over the edge or around the rim! We promise this year's Drop Your Boss will not disappoint.
Drop Your Boss 2018
In 2018 30 outstanding individuals stood on the edge of the Sky Tower ready to go for Drop Your Boss 2018. All stepped out of their comfort zones in support of the young people of Aotearoa. The day couldn't have been better and it was wonderful to watch them take the big step to 'Drop' from the Sky Tower.
