It’s back… Drop Your Boss 2024
Resilience is a quality we’ve all had to cultivate at some point over the past few years. Our young people growing up today are facing a world of increasing challenges and adversity. That’s why our work at the Graeme Dingle Foundation remains crucial. We must stay connected with young people, nurture their resilience, and empower them to overcome any obstacles they encounter.
So, what better way to show your support than taking a leap of faith and plunging 192-metres off a ledge? After all, life begins at the end of your comfort zone!
We invite staff, family and friends to come along and witness their Boss literally ‘go over the edge’ – all in the community spirit of the Graeme Dingle Foundation!

Drop Your Boss 2023
Last year, we had 50 bosses from across Auckland who took part in Drop Your Boss raising over $80,000 for tamariki and rangatahi in our programmes. This year, we plan to be bigger and better!
