Pupils’ project guides the way

A group of Waimate pupils have been busy mixing, making and placing concrete blocks to guide walkers to the White Horse monument above the town. All 153 pupils at Waimate Centennial School were involved in making about 40 concrete blocks which were installed on Monday by the school’s health team as part of the Kiwi Can programme which includes community projects.
