Drop Your Boss – Waikato’s Annual Fundraiser

We’re daring people to get outside of their comfort zone, just like our young people do through our programmes!

Drop Your Boss is one of the Graeme Dingle Foundation’s annual fundraising events. Aotearoa’s youth face many challenges in this ever-changing world – so we ask brave people to accept their own challenge, go outside their comfort zone and take part in Drop Your Boss.

Every week, we support over 1,400 tamariki and rangatahi through three incredible programmes, Kiwi Can, Stars Teina, Stars and Career Navigator. Your support is vital to continue to provide opportunities for tamariki to grow so why not take the leap from 47m off New Zealand’s only cliff-top Bungy! You will experience the discomfort that many young people feel every day.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I sign up?

Signing up is nice and easy, click here and we will be in touch with next steps!

Can I nominate someone?

Do they have to be a boss from my work?

No! We think of boss in a more general term – boss of the household, marae, gym, kura or workplace. Everyone has a few bosses in their lives.

What if I can't make it or the event doesn't go ahead?

We have a back up date with Taupō Bungy if the original event date can’t go ahead. If you can’t make it, we’ll provide you with a voucher which will be valid for a year.

How do I receive donations?

If it’s your first time fundraising, asking for donations can be daunting. But don’t be scared, friends and family want to support you! Just explain what you’re doing and why you’re doing it, then ask. It’s easiest online so simply share the link to your Givealittle page.
