Operations Coordinator – Graeme Dingle Foundation, National Support Office

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Operations Assistant to join our vibrant team in Albany. You will be able to build strong relationships and demonstrate personal effectiveness in terms of work attitude, style and approach. This will be a permanent part-time role of 20 hours per week.

You will be engaging and friendly; a true team player; reliable, loyal and trustworthy; a great communicator and advocate for the organisation; a people person who takes pride in exceeding expectations.

National Programmes Lead – Graeme Dingle Foundation, National Support Office

In this exciting and innovative role, you will lead a team of trainers and programme developers working closely with our community partners, as well as the schools, communities and the wider education and youth development sector.

With your background in education or youth development you will have immediate credibility with your stakeholders, as well as a demonstrated passion for our kaupapa. Management experience leading and coaching a small team is essential, as are excellent relationship building skills externally and internally.

MYND & Kiwi Tahi Youth Worker, Auckland

We’re looking for Youth Workers who are looking to step up to the next level in their youth work journey. Those who are passionate, responsible, reliable with plenty of energy to make a difference. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a passion and desire to work with predominantly Maori and Pasifika young people and have an ability to ‘connect’ and ‘motivate’ the disengaged.

Become a Mentor

The Graeme Dingle Foundation are looking for people who want to support the next generation by mentoring a young person. It will take your commitment over a period of 6 – 12 months depending on the programme where you will mentor a young person for this duration. No prior experience is required, we provide all the info you’ll need to be an awesome mentor.
