Drop Your Boss is back, and this year there are three ways to take the leap!
Drop Your Boss is a fundraising challenge that brings together business leaders, teams and supporters for an unforgettable day of courage, connection and celebration. Take on an adrenaline-fuelled challenge, rally your colleagues, friends and family to get behind you, and raise funds to help the Graeme Dingle Foundation empower young people to build confidence, resilience and life skills through our positive youth development programmes.
Choose your challenge, pick your location and take the leap for young people across Aotearoa.
Spaces are limited, so don’t miss your chance to step outside your comfort zone, raise funds and make a difference.

Check out the fun!
On Thursday, 27 November 2025, 32 brave individuals stepped outside their comfort zone and jumped 192 metres off Auckland’s Sky Tower for young people. Together we raised over $100,000! We couldn’t be prouder of the courage, heart, and commitment shown by business leaders across Aotearoa. A massive thank you to our friends at Bidfood, who matched donations up to $45,000. Special shoutout to the incredible team at AJ Hackett Bungy NZ for hosting us. Thank you to everyone who supported. Together, we’re making a real difference for our tamariki and rangatahi.
